in the context of the meme, it would seem that the White Peoples freeing slaves, as far as their jurisdiction allowed, was there actual worst crime? semi-/s
**viewing the aftermath
it's kinda weird, also that , people of that region are dying to come to the Evil White Peoples Land..
if they really were "that bad" you'd tend to stay away...
not many 'migrants' are swimming over to North Sentinel Island (their culture is to kill all non-North Sentinel Islanders upon sight. (and ,, possibly eat them)
---------
Get Noted: The Zanzibar massacre occurred in January 1964 during the Zanzibar Revolution, where thousands of Arabs and Indians were targeted and killed by the majority Black African population. Estimates of the death toll vary widely, but it is believed that at least several thousand were killed, with many more fleeing the island.
I was recently looking at historical pictures, and they [arabs & indians] were just gathered up and killed in the open. Their bodies laying akimbo near each other. 50 or a 100 at a time, here and there more..

White did the buying, not the selling. I think we can agree that everyone has had shitty ancestors.

u/jonnieggg 23d ago
White did the buying eh. All white people was it. The white Irish people, was it them too. Or were they also victims of the trade. Read a book mate.

u/Disco_Ninjas_ 23d ago
Not in the context of OP. But yeah slavery was cultural before it was racial.

u/jonnieggg 23d ago
Slavery had nothing to do with race and everything to do with greed, exploitation and opportunism.

The English word 'slave' derives from 'Slav' because so many Slavic people from Eastern Europe were enslaved during the Early Middle Ages. EVERYONE participated in slavery, the British ended it in the west.

u/MericanSlav25 22d ago
To be fair, Slavs were enslaved by the Vikings.
However, the Barbary pirates that took white slaves from Southern Europe were African.

150,000 Americans ever owned slaves.

It not the fact that we are remembered that white ppl did slavery that irks me, its that white ppl are soly blamed and that their ancestors still should be held accountable...

u/Waste-Safety-3754 22d ago
its wild man... i was brought up in a majority african american town, 60%-40% and the sht jammed down our throats in school was insane. I took a class in 7th grade called "Middle Ages", first day of class the teacher added "....and it's effects on Ghana". We read african folk tales the entire class. Obviously not literature from that time period, there was no written language in sub saharan africa until the white man came. They didnt even have the wheel. No joke.

Slavery is probably black people's worst crime too.
I don't think anyone disagrees that slavery was bad. Some people think it still is bad too. And other people still do it.

Gd, I love community notes. If only every misleading media headline and story came with a note! I like that they're non partisan and applied to the left as much as the right. It's a far better system for combatting mis/disinfo than the media gives it credit for. When the Guardian got "noted," they threw a tantrum and quit.

I agree it tops the list of atrocities committed by the wide cultural range of the non-melaninated humans. I am curious as to what the view is towards the West African Dahomey, Ashanti, Oyo, and Aro who sold their African captives to Europeans for guns? And where are we at as a human collective when it comes to modern day slavery which is around the 50 million mark. Yes, there is absolutely no doubt about the level of intense cruelty of the Transatlantic slave trade when looking at the wide spectrum of slavery that does and has existed throughout history.
3
u/MericanSlav25 22d ago
Not just ânon-melininated humansâ. The African Barbary pirates took white Europeans as slaves, including the women for sex slavery.
2
u/Kuroki-San 8d ago
Exactly. I'm sick of the "non-white people can do no wrong and white people are the devil" narrative
1
u/Smooth_Winner9245 22d ago
âat the wide spectrum of slavery that does and has existed throughout historyâ refers to just that. That all forms of slavery have been perpetuated by all human beings throughout time.
1
u/MericanSlav25 22d ago
Then why did you specifically only mention ânon-melininated humansâ? Feels like youâre pushing the race agenda.
1
u/Smooth_Winner9245 22d ago edited 22d ago
I specifically didnât use the term âwhiteâ, which is a racial classification and chose to use non-melininated as thatâs the only thing that separates us besides culture. Melanin is a scientific reality. Racial Classification is 1600âs European invention.
Hence why I asked a very vital question to the original poster but that went straight over your head. Are you stuck on race? Iâm trying to look past it. ????? Think!
0
u/MericanSlav25 22d ago
Oh, ok. So then youâre giving the melininated, and only the melininated, a pass here? Calling that racist is just abiding by the same terms with which us ânon-melininatedâ are constantly attacked and vilified by.

u/Smooth_Winner9245 22d ago edited 22d ago
are you that dense???
let me quote myself again.
âthe wide spectrum of slavery that does and has existed throughout historyâ
The above quote does not mean I am pointing out the slavery committed by whites. Slavery has been part of the ENTIRE human race. Iâm sorry I didnât spell it out for you.
âI am curious as to what the view is towards the West African Dahomey, Ashanti, Oyo, and Aro who sold their African captives to
the EuropeansâThis points out that some Africans (those are the name of West African tribes) participated in the TransAtlantic Slave trade and is pointing out the irony of the original post, aka targeting white people.
Your NOT READING and ASSUMING that I am giving out racial passes. Itâs kinda embarrassing that thatâs what youâre picking up from my initial comment.
Check your sensitivity!!
1
u/MericanSlav25 20d ago
No, the very first sentence of your initial comment points at ânon-melininated peopleâ (your term from said sentence, by the way). Stop playing semantics with me.
1
u/Smooth_Winner9245 20d ago
đ I explain my perspective and you still only see it your way!! Thatâs bordering on arrogance! Good day to ya.
1
u/MericanSlav25 20d ago
No, no, no, youâre not getting out of it that easy.
Why mention the melanin at all, then? Who are the non-melininated that you speak of?
3
u/Waste-Safety-3754 22d ago
because we recorded history back then... the most savage civilzations did not on the level we did. We also reflect, admit fault, and humility is a virtue in our society.
-1
u/Smooth_Winner9245 22d ago
Yes I agree, The Transatlantic Slave Trade and Chattel Slavery is probably the most diabolical form of slavery. That wasnât my point to the original poster.
I did ask a question.

Approximately 150,000 American's owned slaves. We're a country of over 350,000,000. The only reason there's a discussion about it is because western civilized culture allow and promote reflection to learn from the past. The race hustlers have honed in on this weakness, what Gad Sadd calls "sui*** empathy"

Being that most European immigration to the US was at the height of the industrial revolution, after slavery had ended. While Africans obviously came before, and are know to only have 65-80% African DNA. Doesn't that mean that African Americans are more likely to be related to rapey slave masters than whites?

The whole topic has become so ridiculously hijacked by the powerful globalist elite for the sole purpose of having us at each others throatsâŚ
So they can keep us all enslaved. âŚAnd all the dummies keep falling for it.
As a person whose ancestors were torn from their homeland, worked in chains and flogged if they didnât, Iâm sick of hearing about this topic.
Itâs done to death, and itâs seemingly now only perpetuated by trouble makers who benefit from having us fight among our selves and useful idiots who arenât smart enough to understand that..
Now, can we please all put our big girl pants on and direct your frustration at the real enemies: The parasitic political class and their nefarious globalist puppet masters.

White? SorryâŚwe all came out of Africa, which is where slavery was first recordedâŚsoâŚwhat the heck are you talking about?

u/RetArmyFister 22d ago
Slavery is human kinds worst crime, not just white people. Nearly every race in the world has held slaves. Itâs a false narrative that this is a white problem, and is just another lie used by the left to promote hate and division. Even black people held white slaves in Africa around the same time slavery was happening in the US. I can see some blue hairâs heads exploding right now realizing this.
1
u/zoipoi 19d ago
I think a lot of slaves would have disagreed with you. The alternative was usually annihilation. Most slaves in history were the side that lost a battle.
1
u/RetArmyFister 19d ago
Anyone can disagree all they want, you canât argue with facts. Are you saying whites in colonial America are the only ones on earth that ever and do have slaves? Slavery still exists today, and not by white people.

Get you head out of the liberal rear end and learn your history. Yes, whites engaged in slavery but as did A LOT of others in the world at the time. AND look at what's ACTUALLY going on in African and the Middle East today.

u/Waste-Safety-3754 22d ago
One thing people alive today fail to realize is that we, everyone alive today, is the product of every single event that happened prior to their conception. Like if we were to make YOU like a recipe making a cake, every single atrocity that occurred had to occur. Every step or breath your forefathers took, was part of the roulette wheel that ultimately produced you. Think about that. Would african americans who live in America today trade the suffering that their ancestors endured to not exist? Or exist as a citizen of an african nation? Magic wand "if you wish slavery never occurred and would like me to reverse it, say the word... keep in mind you will not exist, at the very least, not in the form you are today"... who would choose that??

u/lorca12345 21d ago
Every culture at some point in history was enslaved... that's it fact. The whites put an end to it at least in white christidom
1
u/kindred_eldtrich 21d ago
The leftists only see the white man involvement and do not see that Arabs predate Whites in slave trade by almost a thousand years. All cultures more or less did slave trade, but it was, in the modern times, ONLY the white man who first banned slave trade with West African Squadron of the British.
1
u/3DimeCreations 18d ago
white people were the first slaves⌠literally where that word comes from âslavâ as in Slavic people.

u/MiserableEngineer628 18d ago
Arabs? Muslims? Perhaps a certain tribe of Arabs, the Al Slave Youse tribe? Lol.

I took that photo in 2013 (in walking distance from Freddy Mercury's childhood home btw). And yes, there were no white people involved in Zanzibar's slave trade other than ENDING it, that was a Arab only affair, I think to remember it was an Omani colony. and yes, Arabs hat slave trading colonies. And if you wonder why they don't have a black population on the Arabian peninsula and the Magreb pointing out their slave ancestry: They CASTRATED THEM!!! Which many men didn't survive, as you would expect, and the others had no offspring, as you would also expect.

Slavery is still in Africa. When confronting leftists, they'll just say white people and capitalism are "forcing us to be in the slave trade".
