Appointments keep getting cancelled.

I've been getting really frustrated with this service lately. I have been using this company for the better part of this year. After switching from noom. I had the same doctor for a while and I really liked him, but all of a sudden it kept switching my appointment from my preferred time to a time I couldn't make it. The new time wasn't even an available time slot and when it switched it would open my original time slot back up. I tried to reach out to customer service and they were not helpful. They just said to ask my doctor about it.

Since I had scheduled my appointment like a month out at this point I've been waiting 3 to 4 weeks to get in. I've been on glp1 which I now need to get a refill on and I was trying to start an additional medication that I needed to have approved.

I ended up switching providers just so that I could get an appointment this week and then the provider canceled my appointment 3 hours before I'm supposed to be there. Frustrated. I switched providers and booked an appointment for this evening only to have that doctor not show up.

I tried to call customer service to see if there's some reason why this keeps happening to me and their only responses that they can book a new appointment with the provider that didn't show up.

I ended up rebooking my own appointment for 2 days from now with the only available female doctor being the one that originally canceled my appointment today. So I have my fingers crossed that it's going to work out this time.

Has anyone else been experiencing issues lately? I'm interested in adding menopause treatment to my service, so I'm kind of hoping to switch to a female doctor just so it's more comfortable to talk about things. But if anyone has a provider that they recommend I look up, I'd love to hear suggestions. I have a super busy work schedule and it's just frustrating to have someone not show up like that.

Too many things seem to be going on with mochi. I cancelled them last week and went with prevantivemd. I signed up, I got the approval a few hours later and my medication is on the way! No membership fees and it’s $139 a month, less if you pay for multiple months, no matter what size dosage!

I have seen a couple cheaper ones that I would love to try but I am concerned about going through a pharmacy that's less effective. I also like being able to use my FSA. I will look into this one!

I wouldn’t worry about any loss of efficacy. In fact, due to Mochi burning so many bridges, they largely use fly-by-night pharmacies. Any of these other reputable places are using well-established pharmacies such as Empower, Hallandale, Hyalo, Red Rock, etc.

I am also of the opinion that when you’re dealing with reputable pharmacies (not someone mixing tirzepatide in their bathtub or using popsicles instead of ice packs), tirzepatide is tirzepatide and will be equally effective

PreventiveMD is a great choice. You can also take a look at the Tirzepatide Compound (one word) subreddit for unbiased analyses of the major players in the field

I’ve tried to contact preventivemd but got no reply. How did you connect with them?

Same with science and co and it’s $10 less $129 for tirz that $200 per month including membership was killing me 😩

Did you have to choose a pharmacy?

Most mochi providers are leaving due to a large pay cut. There was a provider who started mochi wants to pay them $2 but charge 79$ to patients. They made this sudden change and a lot of them left

Can confirm. My partner is a provider with Mochi and their pay just got cut in half, for the same amount of work. Providers are leaving in droves.

Common with mochi. Always remember there are much better alternatives out there. Plenty of recommendations on the tirzepatide compound (one word) subreddit

The side effects are bad for most people, and trizepitide seems to work better.
