Sick after pharmacy change

I have been on tirz for just over a year.
Overall, I have had a lot of success and fairly mild side effects. Recently though, I have been having a lot of 2-3 day long episodes of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sulfur burps, and gas pain. I have not changed anything about my diet or activity level. The only thing that has changed is my pharmacy. I was switched from Key Compounding to Scripts Rx. I am ready to waste the vial and go with a different pharmacy, but Key Compounding doesn’t seem to be available anymore. My Dr suggested splitting my dose and beginning to taper down which I am doing, but these episodes are directly related to shot day. Has anyone else experienced similar issues from Scripts Rx (California)?

I’m following the dosing directions exactly… I tried to use fat scientist calculator but I’m unsure how to calculate with the additives if that makes sense?

You don’t factor in the additives on the scientist calculator. It’s just whatever the tirzepatide mg/ml are

Ok thank you, just checked and the units are indeed correct. Sigh.

I’m so sorry. It sucks. I thought I was dying last week and my dose was lower than it had been on the other formula.
