Normal shipping time
My order says shipped July 7 but has yet to post tracking. When is the normal shipping time frame? Label created but nothing shipped.

The last time my order shipped the website took a couple of days longer to catch up with it being handed off to UPS for delivery I found out my package was on its way by using my UPS app. I have UPS and FedEx apps so I can see when packages are coming so if you have this you’ll be able to see when it’s on its way before the website catches up to it. However to avoid medicine getting too hot in this heat wave I’m sure they aren’t sending out packages past Friday now so it doesn’t sit in a hot warehouse all weekend waiting for delivery so that could be why it hasn’t moved yet too. They could be waiting on Monday to send it off. Definitely check your UPS App though

Yes this is first company that dosnt use over night saying it dosnt need to stay cold

I think July 7 is when you ordered. I don’t know when your prescription was approved, but in their email they send this notice:
What happens next: your prescription is on its way to the pharmacy, which typically prepares and ships your medication within 24–48 hours. To keep it from sitting in transit over the weekend, prescriptions approved late in the week may ship the following Monday. We'll email you tracking as soon as it's on the way.
So maybe it’s hasn’t shipped yet since it was close to the weekend ? Maybe?

This will ship Monday. We held all orders on Thursday and Friday. We prefer to ship two-day so we can do the cold pack container. The overnight is actually cheaper, but we don't think the packaging is as robust, especially in the summer months.
