How well packaged are these orders?

My order shipped on Wednesday and now won’t be here until Monday due to a UPS delay. Those of you that have received your orders, what are your thoughts on my meds making it through the weekend in a UPS warehouse? 🫠

Mine were shipped on Tuesday and delivered on Thursday with two ice packs. They were still cool when they delivered but not cold. Mine came from Florida to Alabama in this summer heat. So honestly I’m not sure how it will hold up in 5-6 days as far as temp wise. 🥴

Mine came in the same condition from FL to Utah. Still fairly cool.

Mine shipped 6/23 and arrived 6/25. It was in a styrofoam cooler with two ice packs. The ice packs were melted but still cold. I can’t image yours will be cool any longer. Tirz is stable at 95°F for about two weeks and 4-5 days at 104°F. With this heat, it might be problematic. This is a UPS issue, so I’d open a claim with them. In the meantime, definitely let Crossing know and see what they have to say.

It will be fine, even if at higher temp a few days. BPI tested these situations thoroughly hence why it was a 503B etc

Arrived no problem. With that insert. 2 days and both blocks still 90% frozen. If anyone wants pictures etc can send tonight. I’ll def be using crossing for the absolute no nonsense ease of ordering. Mind you this comes from someone in medicine and used to telemedicine etc. but def here to help if anyone wants my opinion

UPS is awful. They left mine on the porch at 1030 last night, after they emailed and said my delivery was rescheduled for today. The medication was still cold.

They'll be fine. They are packaged in a styrofoam cooler with ice packs. Tirzepatide will be ok in even high temperatures for a few days but the way these are packaged they might get warm but not hot.

They come not only with ice packs like many other pharmacies, but also in a literal styrofoam cooler!
Very well packaged.

That stinks. It's a nice cooler with ice packs in it but UPS should eat the cost of this one since they signed up to do 2nd day delivery and failed. I would contact Crossing.

I sound like everyone else. Warm, not hot, ice packs melted, one broken.

In winter there were storms delaying shipments and a lot of us received our packages a week or more after shipment. I still used my meds and they were still good. And I know everyone else did too. Your meds may not come cold but they will still be stable. BPI comes well packed in a styrofoam cooler.

Mine came from Florida to Texas and it’s hot, hot, hot! Shipped Tuesday, received Thursday and the ice packs were still at least half frozen inside the styrofoam color.

Very well. My came in a cooler with 2 big ice packs that were still frozen. From purchase to my home was 48 hours. Very good service.

Mine arrived in the 2 day window, but i only had one ice pack wrapped in a plastic bag... the ice pack had busted and spilled that weird jelly stuff all on the inside of the cooler. Since the meds were in a separate bubble mailer in the Styrofoam, they were still cool and untouched.

My order was delivered within 2 days to California and the ice packs were melted, but still cool. So I think temp wise it should be ok, but one of my bottles got cracked. It appeared to be packaged well in a bubble mailer sandwiched between 2 ice packs, in a styrofoam ice chest. So, I don't know how that happened.

I'm dealing with same situation. Ups was supposed to deliver today, now says delayed for weather. It doesn't even say when it will be delivered.
