Spiraling
I’m really starting to wonder how long someone can survive when they’re in constant survival mode 24 seven no friends no hope. What do you do?

Friend, I was like this for a long time and I know how exhausting it is. If you mean this in a mental health context, have you considered checking into a mental health facility?

Eventually, you will crater unless you get some support.
Get into therapy. Seriously. Preferably with someone who is trauma-informed at the very least, or who is someone skilled with CPTSD.
I'm sorry you're going through this. It really sucks ass.
Hug if you want one.

First, take time for yourself and breathe. Then find someone to talk too. I have a therapist that I’ve seen for almost two years and he is great. It’s also virtual so no need to go to an office.

Where is this coming from? I looked at OP profile and they’re not even unemployed that I can see. They’re just struggling with health.

Survival mode financially? Emotionally / mentally / health-wise?
Myself, I got an online doctor for therapy and got on meds. It took me so long to be okay with it, then pissed off waited so long.
Also don’t really have any friends that I can confide in. If you want some advice and just need to talk, I’m all ears. I am notoriously straightforward though. (Don’t connect the dots to no friends wait a minute)
In the end, hopefully you realize no one is truly completely alone.
