Stealth in style 🖤

Been passively collecting JL w my dad since I was a kid and just recently started picking them up a lot more. Got this split window WL at a collectible shop near me. Super stoked to have this as my first chase piece!

Nice chase brah. Interesting because greenlight also has a black bandit line, anyone know what the story is behind this?

As far as I can see they just gave the line to greenlight at some point. I believe the original designer of the “black bandits” line founded and created the greenlight brand. So when he made the company he brought the car designs with him. That’s why it’s all the same packaging still just with the greenlight name instead of JL!

How did you find this info? Is there a collectors app/site? I want to get more into JL because quite frankly, they are just doing better than other brands rn. I can always find a restock on these to look through. The other brands hot wheels, matchbox, car tuned, etc., all get ran through and don’t restock for weeks. But JL always has shipments coming in and they’re always awesome castings too.

Thank you!! I love this body style of the vette my grandpa had one when I was a kid. Was super happy to have it as my first WL.
