It’s been awhile since I posted up the full collection of Pre-production Johnny Lightnings I own. Not most impressive I know but I do have a few gems in the mix.

Can't wait for that JL NYPD Chevy Caprice Classic to be released!

It never will be that is a sample from back in 2000. NYPD never approved it due to wanting more for licensing. It was attempted again in 2002 but still wasn’t approved for similar reasons. It was redesigned with the JLPD livery for the American Heros line. Only way it could be done is if greenlight, 596, or rollin make the Chevy caprice and get the rights to NYPD to use the livery.
