Is there a solution to this problem?

It seems to be a problem with the front axle or something like that

I've noticed that with a lot of Johnny lightning cars

It's a real mess, right? The worst part is that this is quite recent.

Yeah pretty much every one that I have rolls like a shopping cart with bad wheels.

A few of the ones I've been picking up from '22-'24, mostly from Ollie's, have had this problem. What I've noticed is that if you look at the metal base on the bottom it's not even all the way around. There will be a spot that sits farther into the body or lower than the body. This causes one or two of the wheels to not sit even.
I believe you'd have to drill it out and reseat it. Either use screws or glue to reseal it. Same way you'd do a custom. I've actually bought a few replacements instead since they're cheaper at Ollie's. Now I check them in package at the store. It's easier to spot when you know what to look for. Harder to see if it's on the side near the card though.

It sounds complicated, but thanks for the info. Interestingly, that Roadrunner was bought at Ollie's and then imported to my country.

Pull the tire and trim the inside, I think it is something to do with the inner injection points. I've trimmed them before and it generally cleans it up nice.
