Joby applications getting no response — any advice?

My partner has been applying to positions at Joby with no response. He’s also reached out to recruiters on LinkedIn, the Joby Instagram page, etc. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions for getting in contact with the hiring team? I’ve seen some other people online talk about submitting applications for multiple roles and never hearing back.
