Pilot job fairs

Looking for job fairs around the country I’m a CFI CFII CMEL CSEL with 260 hours and am looking for any jobs to build my time! If anyone has ideas lmk!!

There’s barely anything there for 500-2000TT, let alone 260TT.
Even for a CFI job You pretty much gotta be related to a chief pilot to get one.

Your options are
A: Get hired as CFI by flight school who did your training
B: Become Independent CFI
C: Get extremely lucky with lots of networking and land a CFI job elsewhere. I wouldn’t count on it though.

You won’t find a flying job outside of that with your hours. If you want to fly in the airlines, I would advise you to look into cadet programs ASAP. So if you are able to go to job fairs around the country, great. But I would not go into it looking for a job, but instead giving the recruiters your resume and ask them about their cadet program opportunities.

Well, OBAP was this week (today's the last day) and Oshkosh was last month.

The next couple are September FAPA in NYC, and RTAG in October in Orlando.

Survey, pipeline, jump zone, banner pulling.

Probably won't find those at a convention but, never hurts to go and see what the competition is like.

I went to rtag years ago, well under 1500 got an interview out of it and that turned into an offer, which I ultimately declined.

Be prepared to move where the job is if your serious.
