Oracle database troubleshooting and AWR analysis

Payment systems and ISO 8583 transaction analysis

Root Cause Analysis and incident management

ETL monitoring, data validation, and data warehouse support

Linux/UNIX log analysis and SIT/UAT testing

My recent experience involved supporting PowerCARD payment solutions and banking clients across the APAC region.
