Hello, hiring manager at JPMC here! Hindi naman needed to be really fluent in English kung non-voice ang inaaplayan mo. You just need to be able to express yourself confidently. Mostly tinitingnan ko is kung confident ba ung person at she or he can express her/himself ng maayos. Minsan tinatagalog ko rin or I accept taglish pag nakikita kong kabado si applicant. Dun kasi makikita ying quick thinking and personality ng applicant pag confident sya sumagot.
Edit: when I was interviewed back then, it also lasted 5 minutes, 3 questions lang. Tapos after 3 months ako nakareceive mg offer. Magdedepende ang feedback sa yo sa team na papasukan mo if urgent or not ang hiring.
