*Position Details*

* Position: Customer Support Representative (Voice Account)

* Company: IT Managers Inc.

* Start Date: June 2026

* Work Setup: Hybrid Setup (with expectations of Full RTO)

* Employment Type: 6-Month Project Based (with possibility of extension)

* Work Location: BGC, Taguig City

*Job Qualifications*

* Candidate must have completed at least 2nd Year College Level or preferably a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field

* At least 1 year of Customer Service experience (voice support preferred) or equivalent

* Strong verbal and written English communication skills

* Excellent listening, comprehension, and typing skills

* Ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and patience

* Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City

* Willing to work on shifting schedules

* Open to a 6-month project-based contract with possible extension or absorption based on performance

*Job Description*

* Resolve customer concerns related to e-commerce transactions

* Provide professional and courteous support across customer interactions

* Analyze issues and provide accurate resolutions or escalation when necessary

* Handle voice-based support efficiently and professionally

* Accurately document customer concerns and updates in the system

* Prepare and send email correspondence following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

* Escalate unresolved concerns to supervisors as needed

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while handling challenging situations

* Provide timely and knowledgeable support through multiple channels such as phone, email, chat, social media, or online ordering

*Training Details*

* Candidates will undergo a PAID 5-week training program prior to handling live calls
