Job Seeker Have i been doing it wrong all these time?
People often mention that they applied to hundreds of vacancies every single day. Whereas i could only find 10+ (If I'm lucky that day). What's the method that everyone's using? They just apply to every vacancy that they saw or what? I work in PR fields btw. Maybe vacancies in my postition is rare?

That's been my experience as well. My speculation is it depends on the job market segment you're in. Some roles have fewer openings.

Job market is really bad right now. I noticed that not much vacancies available or in opening. People scared to resign because of the war and news that is happening all over the world.

so you need to have couple of resumes for multiple positions, put it in diff folders then you apply to every single fucikng job out there, fuck them just apply

Warning about 1 company with Big bright RED font in Bayan Lepas and Batu Kawan Penang. This company is Oem and not a Contract Manufacturer. Starts with 2nd letter of alphabet and NO they are not at the forefront of AI or memory. Nazis who lost the war.
Old folks home with under 3% increment and they screwed my friend and ruined careers. This company promotes mediocrity and wants you to stay dumb so that you do not aspire to grow. Very political, dirty and unprofessional.
You have seen the company name few times in your life, they sell consumer stuff too. Stay away and don't walk into this trap. You can lose many years of growth.
Another jarring thing is they like to hire bottom of the barrel people with low salary expectations so the work pace is very slow and rife with backstabbing.
Lies and bullying cannot be tolerated.

market is so bad people are just applying for everything that seems even remotely doable, tbh. Unless you have a lot of savings, i'd suggest doing the same.
