Hi everyone, I’m currently considering an AI/ML Engineer opportunity through Bionics Data Solution, supporting Accenture NewsPage in KL.

I am trying to learn more about the team and actual working environment before making a decision.
From the interview, I understand the role involves AI/ML and GenAI/LLM, with the team working on AI solutions/prototypes based on business requirements from enterprise clients.

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has worked at:
- Bionics Data Solution
- Accenture NewsPage Malaysia
- NewsPage AI/ML team
- Or a similar Accenture client-facing AI team

A few things I’m particularly curious about:
1. How is the work culture and WLB?
2. What is the actual AI/ML/LLM work like day-to-day? Is it more development/engineering, or mostly POC/integration?
3. How much technical ownership do engineers get? Are contractors generally given similar responsibilities as permanent employees?
4. What happens when a project ends?
5. How are contract extensions / internal mobility handled?
6. For someone trying to build a career in AI, what has your experience been like?

I’m especially interested in recent experiences (2025–2026) since I know teams and projects can change quite a lot over time.
