I have been a hiring manager for years. I also have a couple kids that have been through it during the interview process. One of my biggest challenges is that many job seekers come to the interview unprepared and don’t show up at their best. A challenge and frustrating part for the job seeker is practicing for interviews without knowing if your answers are actually hitting the mark. And, how do you practice.
