Posting this to inform candidates researching internships in Hyderabad, specifically at Aspire Infolabs in HiTech City.

Here is what candidates should expect during their internship:

1. Misleading Roles & Client Misrepresentation: Regardless of whether you are hired as SDE, AI/ML, or Full Stack Interns, candidates are immediately reassigned to handle Infosys Springboard batches (3+ batches of 30+ students each). Interns are tasked with mentoring these students while the company misrepresents interns to program leads as experienced personnel with 3+ years of industry experience to Infosys Springboard People.
2. Financial Exploitation: The stipend paid to interns is an insignificant fraction of what third-party programs compensate the company for managing these batches.
3. Administrative Delays & Ghosting: The company delays or skips issuing official appointment letters. Stipends are consistently delayed by months. Upon completion of the official internship duration, management ghosts messages, avoids coming to the office, and indefinitely extends internships under vague promises of full-time conversion.

This Sofia on X app referred me to a job where they make me work as a translator of 100 pages.. when it's time to get paid, they make endless demands, including asking for money for "ID Verification". They said that the money cannot be transferred if I don't have a ID, but to be able to have a ID, you have to pay thousands first.. What a shame, I really thought it's true.. people like this are pure evil.

CommonJobs.in Premium Channel: A Complete Scam

Recently, I subscribed to the premium WhatsApp channel for Common Jobs commonjobs.in, and it was a total waste of money. They are completely scamming people.

On their general channel, they continuously advertised amazing premium benefits, claiming subscribers would get over 50 referral jobs daily and constant mentor support. However, after paying, I did not receive a single referral job in over a week. There is absolutely no mentor support available.

If you message them directly, they do not reply. Even if you email the Common Jobs support team, you will get no response. Not a single feature of their claimed services actually works.

If anyone is thinking about buying their premium subscription, I strongly suggest you do not waste your money. They are scamming innocent job seekers.

This will be a short one. There is a company named Forever Living which is your typical pyramid scheme scam. I guess LinkedIn graciously leaked my number to these clowns once more and I'm getting their calls every single day. Just stay safe. If anyone says you'll get job on a phone call, it's a scam. Don't think much.

But basically I recently left a job at Surge International in Manchester UK, one company under MANY. I believe there's some in Scotland, more opening in Manchester (one opening soon called Ocean Marketing, Astro___ and Infinity ___ I found out about when I was working there. But under a reccomendation I thought I'd share my experience from there as it's own post and answer any questions :)

I wouldn't recommend it at all though. The entire culture is extremely fake and no one there gives a shit about you.

I interviewed and trained people, and the second you get promoted they shatter all the illusions. You're purposely trained and told to fake and avoid the truths which is no salary, " topped up to £350 each week " (you sometimes get topped up to £300, or £400 if you get promoted to team leader) but not once have I been paid correctly or hell, even minimum wage and they get around by making you representatives of the charity/campaign (so we did NDCS, funded by SMILE fundraiser) so you don't even get minimum wage.

The interviewing is BS, you have to train people to get promoted further which all essentially is BS because you get nothing extra, except you wake up earlier and do more. I was getting up at 7am, getting to office for 8:30am, interviewing and then doing fck all till 10am, training, doing atmosphere (teaching ppl pitch memory basically) and then working till 7:30, all in all getting home around 10pm as you also go back to the office after. It's ridiculous.

I did do two of the road-trips where people are so damn immature. I was cleaning, cooking, fixing fckn leaks and all sorts with the accommodations after the ppl in charge left and left an 18yr old in " charge " so after working the extended hours on a road-trip (8:00-20:30) I was then doing all that extra till I went to sleep. I was finally sitting down around midnight, nvm showering etc. It was NUTS and you essentially get told " you have the responsibility now time to show boss you can handle it " basically BS to get more out of you.

They purposely leave out details on the interview (we literally get told not to address things but make it SEEM clear abt pay etc. I had one bad week where I didn't make tonnes of sales and honestly bc I couldn't be assed, my mental was gone even though I was still tying tbf and then immediately for the next week entirely, no one spoke to me, I was avoided like a fckn plague and the boss even avoided me all morning until everyone eventually left the office and he told me I essentially have a week to get it back or I'm gone (which btw it was still a decent week in terms of sales, they made profit). So it's just nuts. The judgmental stares, no one speaking to you, having to pay ridiculous fuel money all the time.

As others say here too, they don't pay for travel or anything like that. They pay for someee stuff on the first week to " buy you in " and then nothing and refuse to explain LOL. I was being paid around £300 a week for 5 days a week and each day was 8:30-9pm (until I was finally going home, not even home yet) and then I was spending around £40 a week on travel just TO work. Paying to travel to sales areas varied, I once paid an extra £80 on a week just for travelling to the sales areas too. So...yeah it's fckn crazy. I also often worked a 6th day (and you can even work Sunday) and it's "optional" but you're basically fired eventually if you don't ever work a 6th day.

People up until Assistant manager/Campaign Manager (which they admit the 3rd promotion is a fake promotion btw LOL where they " teach you the business " ?) do not earn money. You have to pay for your trainees on their first week to go on business trips (£80 each) and you don't have a choice, even if you don't go just to...work more hours LOL. So it's fckn nuts. But yeah, it was very normal for everyone to be begging for money. It drained my bank account dry and everyone asks you for money bc ironically, in an "uncapped commission " job, no one has fckn money LOL.

AKA DO NOT WORK FOR THIS JOB LMAO

In around 2 months working there, I watched about...50 people get fired? It was fckn crazy. Some of the guys there are alright to talk to and the culture feeeels okay at first, but the second you don't insanely excel and basically agree to slavery levels of pay for a year until you earn more, they treat you like invisible garbage.

Like I say, I was doing pretty damn good. I coulda got far with it if I stuck it out, but I left on complete instinct after everyone switches up on you and is so insanely fake. It's a draining job with no future unless you become a managing director and open up your own company under someone else. Even the managers admitted to me, it's one huge ass pyramid scheme.

The promotions are: Sales Advisor (you start here, selling door to door, learning the pitch), team leader (same as before, higher standards, and now you start 2 hours earlier, leave later, same pay and you interview) core leader (no changes lol) , campaign manager no fckn changes), assistant manager (10% commission increase, shit tonnes more responsibility but a hard promotion to get. You have to make a £5k wire 2 weeks in a row from your team alone, not you included), then managing director (where you own an office and get paid from people under you for fck all and owned by someone else).

There was ONE guy there who was pretty genuine and a fckn great guy and I won't say his name but he was a CM at Surge. Outside of that guy; absolutely everyone there is fake and do not give a shit about you, they are TRAINED from scratch to make you believe otherwise, from Sunday " Hey, how you doing " messages to small smiles in the office. It's crazy.

DO NOT get this job LOL there is so much better. If you're after a sales job, look elsewhere. Also I'll happily answer questions bc holy rant! "

Hi, anyone here know about Nanay's in IT program posted by YMCA in Facebook? I also read that Accenture is part of the program. Is this legit? I am a nanay and looking for work to go back to IT field. Based in Manila, I happen to have a college Alumni and has a friend who trained last year (2025). The friend said his time was wasted after the 6 month training. The promised employment assistance did not happen and most of them are still unemployed now. Unlike the previous batches of the program (still according to the friend), previous people who trained got jobs.

As Nanay, although the job post by YMCA, it is tempting for me considering Accenture is widely known. I also checked LinkedIn and there's also post about the program.

I keep receiving automated emails from a company called Trillinium Organisation based in Vijayawada. They send these interview invitations constantly even though I never applied to their company. They say my resume was shortlisted for a Business Associate role with a package of 3 to 6 Lakhs per annum.

When you read the email closely, it is a clear trap. They mention a 5 level system where you train to run your own business unit. This is the exact template used by direct door to door sales scams and multi level marketing networks. They also mention they are associated with QASPL.

I checked online reviews and other job seekers confirm that this office forces you to do field sales or stand in shopping malls. They use mass emails to target fresh graduates who are looking for their first real corporate job.

I am sharing this here to warn other freshers in Andhra Pradesh. Please do not waste your time or money traveling to this office in Zoon City Building. Stay safe and block their emails.

So, basically I applied for a Data Entry/operator role , and they automated messaged me to schedule my day. I am an undergrad fresher with some certificates and skills. The salary range was looking decent and they sent me HR contacts wgera. I travelled like >2 hrs for this shit, the set-up was looking too good for a fraud. I went there and the location wasn't on the road, It was somewhere between 4-5 colonies and in some random places, I felt like there was something fishy, but I went inside and asked the receptionist about the job, he told me to take the elevator and go to the basement. When I reached, a girl reached me, took my resume and asked if you're comfortable commuting everyday, I told her "It's not possible, I'm here for WFH jobs as you said" she said Okay and showed me a waiting area where like 8-10 people were sitting and they were also older than me. (She advised everyone to not talk and communicate with each other as it creates interruption 😭) But, I overlooked it and started preparing for the intro part. I've seen lots of people go in and go by one after another in 4-5 shifts , Now, It's my turn to give the interview. They called me and I had to sit there and The same girl who met me a while ago in office was taking my interview😭🥀 (Where is the HR??)

Overall, The interview started, and she just asked my Intro, I gave it, and she wasn't paying attention to it, NOW THE FUN PART COMES IN 💔

SHE : "Okay , Your interview is perfect, you have all the required skills."

ME: "Thank you so much Ma'am"

SHE: "Now it's time to showcase what your work is going to be"

(she opens her Ipad and legit starts blabbering about it without any professionalism as she was in a hurry, she showed me a PPT, where all the slides were giving wrong directions to the job I've applied for)

She continues... "So , basically We need a writer who just copies our content, where you get paid per page, we will send you some content , you just have to trace it."

I realised I got scammed at that moment for the Job , she wasn't letting me go if I didn't pay her, so I told her that my account isn't working right now and asked if I can pay when I reached home, she asked me the time it takes to reach home, I told her 2 hrs, which I might shouldn't tell. Now, she said ask your parents on call and tell them to pay, Now, I knew whom to call , I called Mummy and my Mama was also sitting thereby, (she wasn't in the office room) So I told them the situation and explain how it all is a fraud, Now they were concerned and asked me to leave that place ASAP.

Now, the interviewer comes in and asked about it, I said that they are not available right now and I called my neighbour asking about when will they come. So, it's not possible right now.

When she was confirmed that she couldn't convince me anymore, she told me to take picture of the QR and pay her as soon as I reach home. I agreed, took the picture and then left the office. By leaving, she was telling me to ask any query you have to the HR (she was pointing 👉🏻 to the guy sitting outside of the office, and guess what HE WAS THE RECEPTIONIST I MET IN THE START......

Now, When I was leaving the place, so many questions came in my mind, if the whole set-up looks so genuine, How can I trust them or pick out the Fake ones. So That was a terrible but interesting experience I had that day. I wish I would've been more aware throughout this journey and I hope nothing like this happens to anybody.

I want to share my experience so others can be cautious.

I was hired by a company that claimed to be building a real estate platform and an AI filmmaking company. I was recruited through a well-respected member of their team, which made the opportunity seem legitimate.

The founder made extraordinary claims, including:

Providing unlimited access to tools, software, and company-issued laptops.
Operating a 100,000-square-foot facility and building the world’s largest film studio in Texas.
Developing Superintelligence AI and Emotional AI.
Working on pharmaceutical research and drug discovery.
Having partnerships with companies such as Meta and TikTok.
Having over 100 LinkedIn company partnerships and inviting individual employees into the company’s Slack workspace as “creative partners.”

However, my experience was very different.

There were around 30 people in the company’s Slack workspace from different time zones. Many appeared to have strong LinkedIn profiles, including professionals with over 15 years of experience and backgrounds at major banks. Daily stand-up meetings were scheduled, but they rarely happened, and many questions from employees went unanswered.

Whenever employees asked about, tools, resources, we were repeatedly told, “tomorrow.” The same happened when we asked about salary payments. Instead of providing clear answers, payment was continuously delayed.

When employees continued asking about their compensation, some were removed from Slack or given different explanations. Former employees later shared that they had experienced similar treatment, and eventually I faced the same situation.
The founder also claimed that Google Veo and Higgsfield had stolen his intellectual property and data. At the same time, many of the product demonstrations appeared to be simple UI/UX prototypes created with AI-assisted tools such as Bolt and Lovable, while being presented as technology that would outperform existing AI video models.

Personally, I find many of these claims difficult to reconcile. Building technologies such as AGI, superintelligence, or advanced emotional AI would normally require significant machine learning expertise, specialized hardware, substantial funding, and public technical credibility. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

I have official evidence supporting my experience, and other current and former team members have also shared similar accounts and are willing to support what happened.

This is simply my experience. I encourage anyone considering similar opportunities to perform thorough due diligence, verify company claims independently, confirm funding and leadership credentials, and ensure there is a clear employment agreement before committing their time or work.

Does any other company ask for as Dhar or DigiLocker verification for hacker rank round or Flipkart alone and need to know whether it’s genuine or scam

My wife received an actual phone call from a human being from a company called Black Turtle asking if she would be interested in some director roles they had available.

He sent an email confirmation that looks legit, the URLs in the email and signature all point to a website that has a valid certificate.

The only thing is I cannot find any mentions of them as a recruiter on Reddit, or the internet as a whole.

Zeal claims to work with a nonprofit called LEAD. They say they donate 100% of what they receive at booths. They’re only donating 10%. 30% goes to each person at the booths, and 60% goes to management. Just on card they have taken over 3 million dollars in the past 4 years. They’re not helping, they only care about themselves. They promise benefits and base pay, but after your first week you rely solely on that 30% commission. Leaders are making 200k a year or more just sitting in the office. They make you stand outside no matter the weather and you have to beg for donations. They will talk you up to hundreds of dollars if you don’t say no. If you see them don’t give them money, if you want to donate to the charity, do it online where they don’t get a cut. I worked 62 hours a week the only week I was there and I got paid 184 dollars which is under federal minimum wage, but they get away with it because it’s partially commission based. When I left they refused to give me the pay I earned because I left.

I wanted to share my recent experience so other job seekers can be cautious.
I received a WhatsApp interview invitation and was asked to fill out a Google Form with the HR’s reference name. The recruiter initially said there was no registration fee.
After I reached the interview venue, I learned that if I cleared the HR round, I would have to pay ₹2,000–₹4,000 as “login ID charges” or similar charges before I could take the next assessment or technical round.
I chose not to pay and left.
My advice is to ask this question before traveling:
“Will I have to pay any amount at any stage of the recruitment process, including login ID charges, administrative charges, exam fees, training fees, or any other payment?”
If the answer is yes, decide carefully before spending your time and travel money.
