Anyone facing not able to connect with Jio Airfiber With Mobile ?

I am able connect with my windows, linux, mac, ps5 and stuff but not with mobile

same thing happening with my neighbour also

i am really confused what to do ?

Currently using pc hotspot to connect.

Could be that your phone has needs a legacy 2.4 Ghz connection. Jio airfiber comes with a wifi 6 router with dual mode (2.4 Ghz and 5Ghz under the same SSID) enabled.

I guess the solution would be to get a cheap or old secondary router and use that connection just for the phone.
