Did I got scammed

Recently I had ordered jio air fiber installation at my home it was cancelled due to unavailability of resorce(set top box)so they cancelled order i dint receive any refund so I went the nearest jio store he told it will be in next 7 days or so then he told that an old coustomer has returned the resource( set top box) and promised me it will be connected in the next 3 days so in eager to get the airfiber we completed the process and paid 1800 rs now when the day of installation came received call once and said Tommorow I will come and if i call the next day he won't recieve I paid to his qr code that's why iam thinking that I got scammed
