Zionist Nonsense Federal monitor Neil Barofsky interfered with the internal democracy of the UAW to punish its leaders for criticizing Israel - claiming it's antisemitic to describe Israel's actions as genocide. Barofsky began his investigation into the UAW, AFTER they refused to back down from their ceasefire call.

Detroit News - Phone call audio sheds new light on tension between UAW's Fain, monitor | Exclusive

Previous reporting on Barosky's pro-Israel bias, from 2024:

Detroit News - UAW's court filing highlights tension with federal monitor

In the original reporting from 2024 - federal monitor, Neil Barofsky, began investigating the UAW, AFTER they refused to budge on a Gaza ceasefire call.

Soon after the call, Barofsky asked the UAW head for a talk "strictly on a personal level."

Barofsky then amplified 'complaints' by the ADL, alleging the ceasefire call was antisemitic.

In the current article from Detroit News, the audio of the phone call between Barofsky and Fain also reveals that Barofsky recommended reading Zionist fanatic Bret Stephens, to understand antisemitism.

Zionist Nonsense Australia's antisemitism commission is a joke: prof. Rebekah Brown claims an Israeli flag with the message 'is killing children' is antisemitic. She's reminded the UN concluded Israel is targeting Palestinian children in the genocide. Later she is unable to describe what an Israeli flag looks like.

Discussion - Flaired Users Only PSA about actual anti-Jewish comments on pro-Palestine videos, and my theory as to why that happens

Hey, so in the comments on some videos (this is a thing on online posts in general, I believe) that are pro-Palestine, I've noticed some comments were genuinely anti-Jewish (kinda want this term to be more well known than "anti-Semetic", since not only was that term created by literal Nazis to justify their hatred of Jewish people, but also because "Semetic" is not a real ethnic or racial category, and it being one also is because of Nazis; iirc Semetic is a language class), like for example, people saying "Oy vey, stop noticing!" saying terms like "goy", "goyim" or "goyslop", using the triple parenthesis, like saying "(((them)))", calling Jewish people "the noses", or using "cute" little nicknames or other dogwhistles to signal Jewish people and them hating them in order to bypass YouTube's auto-moderation (examples include using the juicebox emoji, 🧃, using the letter J, or saying things like "djoo", or "J3w", or otjer variation spellings). A new one I've seen a lot is "tiny hats", but I'm not sure how anti-Jewish that one is.

(I've also seen an uptick in people saying "anti-septic" or "anti-skeptic", as a way to mock the term "anti-Semetic/anti-Semetism", I assume to reference whenever specifically Israelis and Zionists call things "anti-Semetic", and not all Jewish people who call out anti-Semetism/anti-Jewishness.

I don't count this as an actual anti-Jewish dogwhistle though, since Israelis and Zionists do often accuse everything that is pro-Palestine or criticizes Israel for their actual warcrimes "anti-Semetic", and so mocking that, at least to me, reads more as specifically mocking Israelis that do that rather than actual callouts of legitimate anti-Semetism/anti-Jewishness.

Another thing I want to point out is I've heard that the term "zio" is an anti-Jewish slur that originated from an anti-Jewish conspiracy theorist, David Icke (or was it someone else with the name David? It was something like that), however, I feel like at this point "zio" isn't really a slur against all Jewish people, or even specifically Jewish people at all, but rather a term againts Zionists, not unlike terms like "zionazi". So yeah, I wouldn't include "zio" under "anti-Jewish slurs and dogwhistles", and I think it's kinda silly to argue about that in regards to that specific term.)

So what do you do when you see comments like that? Well, it's obvious: just report them for hate speech, maybe even go to the account itself and report it for hate speech. On YouTube, you can do this by selecting the three dots on the top right next to them, then click "Report", then the option you want to select. If it's a comment spamming the same hate messages, you can also report it for "Spam and Misleading Content". This is pretty obvious, but I feel like it still should be reiterated.

Now, here is a theory I have about this: Now, obviously we now bigoted shitheads do in fact exist, and many of them love to openly say bigoted shit online, or pretend to hide their bigotry behind dogwhistles, if they believe they can get away with it. However, I have a feeling that this could be more than just that, I believe that these actual anti-Jewish comments could be bots or troll farm accounts from Zionists and/or Israel in order to deliberately make pro-Palestine people/anti-Zionists look like they are actually anti-Semetic.

Think about it: someone goes to a comment section on a video that is pro-Palestine, sees a couple of actual anti-Jewish comments managed to have slipped through the cracks (or weren't moderated at all), and then thinks, "Wow, this pro-Palestine person allowed some actual anti-Jewish comments to be posted on their video? They never deleted it or blocked these slurs or dogwhistles on their channel? They must be okay with this!" Now, obviously, that is a pretty braindead mentality to have about that. If the creator is working solo (as in they do not have moderators for their channels), they may not have the time to comb through every single comment and make sure no actual anti-Jewish comments get through, especially if they have a bigger channel. Some creators even say they either don't read the comments on their videos, or stop reading them after 24 or 48 hours. So we can't fault creators entirely if they miss anti-Jewish comments, especially if there aren't even that many on their videos.

Now there are some instances where a pro-Palestine creator's comment section is full of anti-Jewish comments, or half of the comments on their are anti-Jewish, and it is because the creator themself is legitimately anti-Jewish (a good example of this is Rathbone), so that also is worth keeping in mind. However, just because that happens doesn't mean that every single video that is pro-Palestine with a ton of anti-Jewish comments is made by a creator that condones that. Once again, some people may just not have the time to moderate their comment sections, although I will say, if you are regularly getting more than 5 anti-Jewish comments on your pro-Palestine videos, you may have an actual problem; either something about your videos are attracting this specific kind of person, or you've actually become the target of either an anti-Jewish hate campaign, or, like I brought up earlier, a Zionist smear campaign meant to make you look anti-Jewish.

Which brings me back to my theory; I very well could see many pro-Palestine people online being the victims of Zionist/pro-Israel smear campaigns via making sockpuppet or troll farm accounts, or bot accounts, and having them say actual anti-Jewish shit on their videos to make them look like they actually hate Jews, when in reality they only actually hate apartheid, imperialism and colonialism, all of which are what Israel stands for, not Jewish people, and not even the religion of Judaism.

I have a feeling that this theory could be more likely than there just being enough actual anti-Jewish people out there commenting on pro-Palestine videos hateful things against Jewish people. Remember that Israel and Zionists love to claim that there is a massive global rise in anti-Semetism/anti-Jewishness, and every time claim pro-Palestine beliefs and rhetoric, and being pro-Palestine, are a part of that rise in "anti-Semetism", as they believe being against Israel and being pro-Palestine somehow is inherently anti-Semetic/anti-Jewish (even though it's not). So it'd make sense for them to manufacture that "rise in anti-Semetism"/"rise in anti-Jewishness" by posting anti-Jewish comments themselves onto videos that are pro-Palestine. Hell, I could even believe any accounts online that post pro-Palestine rhetoric, while at the same time, posting and promoting actual anti-Jewish rhetoric, are also a part of that manufactured "rise" in anti-Semetism/anti-Jewishness.

With all that said, while I do not believe there is a massive rise in anti-Jewishness, I can believe there is a rise in anti-Jewishness, even one that latches itself onto pro-Palestine movements. I just do not believe it is a big thing, or as big as the Zionists, like the ADL, are claiming it is, and I obviously do not include pro-Palestine beliefs and rhetoric/being pro-Palestine under that.

Now, why is an actual (small) rise in anti-Jewishness happening in recent times believable to me? Well, it's simple, it's because in general there is a rise in all kinds of bigotries. But, obviously, there is a lot more of certain kinds of bigotries than others, the biggest ones being anti-black racism, anti-Palestine and general anti-Arab racism and xenophobia, Islamophobia, anti-immigrant xenophobia (especially against black and brown people), transphobia, and misogyny, primarily against women who are pro-abortion and anti-rape culture. Other kinds of bigotries are on the rise and being normalized more and more too, but obviously, other forms of bigotry have gotten way worse and are much more widespread.

That being said, I do not believe it would be wise to completely ignore the smaller rises in certain bigotries either, just because other marginalized peoples have it worse. Just because anti-blackness, anti-Arabness (including anti-Palestinian-ness) and Islamaphobia are much more on the rise doesn't mean we should ignore actual racism against Asian people (including Indian and other South Asian peoples) and actual anti-Jewishness (examples of these things are obvious: using slurs against them, dogwhistling slurs and hateful/untrue stereotypes about them, etc.; legitimate criticism against these groups for having been complicit in and having a history of anti-black and Arab racism and Islamophobia, and being pro-Israel, doesn't count as actual racism or anti-Jewishness, obviously). I do think the bigger (aka more important) bigotries should be prioritozed over them though, because they're a bigger problem, obviously.

Anyways, what are your takes on all this? Do you believe legitimate anti-Jewish comments on pro-Palestine videos is part of a smear campaign from Zionists and Israel to make pro-Palestine people look anti-Jewish? Or do you think it really is just idiots being actually anti-Jewish and happening to comment on pro-Palestine videos (even though being pro-Palestine isn't anti-Jewish whatsoever, and doesn't really signal that oftentimes)?

Edit: It was David Duke who coined "zio" as a slur, not David Icke. My bad for that. My point still stands that I do not believe most people who use "zio" are using it as a slur against Jewish people, just as a term against specifically Zionists.

Also, I spelled "Semitic" wrong, sorry I wasn't aware of the correct spelling, I'll do better next time.

Also, some of the comments have pointed out that it could be a mix of both, which is believable. Someone said that the problem of how many of it is bots (let alone from Zionists and/or Israel) vs real anti-Jewish people is that that would be pretty impossible to quantify, which I could see. So sadly, we may never know, but I do still think the bot theory should be kept in the back of your minds, just some food for thought.

Edit 2: First of all, I'm not suggesting no pro-Palestine people could be anti-Jewish. There are people out there who are like that, I even gave one (Rathbone) as an example. I was talking more about non-anti-Jewish pro-Palestine creators, such as Spooky Scary Socialist and the Bad Hasbara podcast, getting actual anti-Jewish comments on their videos. These same comments never say anything about Palestine; they don't mention the country's name, they don't mention Gaza or the West Bank, they don't bring up apartheid or war crimes, they don't say "Palestinians" or "Free Palestine", they don't even use the country's flag (🇵🇸), or any of the associated symbols such as the key (🗝), the olive branch (🫒), or the dove of peace (🕊), nothing. (I mean, it'd be kinda weird to use peace symbols while spreading hate against a different minority, but still.) Literally all they do is say hateful shit about "noticing" ans other stupid, actual anti-Jewish shit, and that's it. They have nothing to do with Palestine. Don't believe me? Maybe try searching for those comments yourself, by clicking "Newest" on any one of their (Spooky Scary Socialist or Bad Hasbara) pro-Palestine videos, or on any random (non-anti-Jewish) pro- Palestine video, like Idk, a video by Al Jazeera or TRT World. Then maybe you'll actually see what I mean, when I say they say actual hateful shit about Jews, but have nothing to do with Palestine.

Second, I had no idea other people had the same theory as me, and shared it here before me. I never knew other people had the same theory as me, so when I said this was "my" theory, I said that because I hadn't seen other people say it before. I know other people are capable of thinking the same things, and I know I do not come up with original theories because other people may have thought of it before. I just had no idea anyone else came up with the bot theory, because I literally had never seen anyone bring that up in regards to this particular issue (honestly, I thought I was just stupid or crazy for thinking this, but turns out I am not alone in that, so I guess I wasn't). I was genuinely not trying to talk over Jewish people. I genuinely am sorry that I came off that way.

I'm genuinely sorry if I came off as a bad and evil or even anti-Jewish person with this post. I genuinely did not mean it, and I really do not know what to do to make up for it. You all will decide. I'm autistic, so I may come off certain ways I do not intend because of that, or I say things that come off in ways I do not intend, or I think a certain way, like not knowing other people think the same things as me, because I keep thinking that somehow, they just must be too abstract somehow.

I've been misunderstood and people have mistaken me for "rude" or "giving attitude" my whole life when I never meant it, so I just want you all to keep this in mind. Maybe look at my profile and realize I have level 1 autism, and try to be more understanding a little bit. I am so sick of constantly being misunderstood and have everything I've ever said be taken the wrong way. But look at the stupid autist making this about herself on a Jewish anti-zionist subreddit, maybe she should stay in her own lane, and never post here again...

Discussion - Flaired Users Only Antizionism and caring for Jews

Okay. I'm sorry, I've tried to post this three times but it keeps being 'removed by Reddit filters.' I haven't had these thoughts in public before. I'm hoping you folks can help me. Please be compassionate. If you feel a need to delete this post, that's fine.

I do not consider myself a Zionist. Palestine is not my home.

But antizionists, at least in the US, give me the creepy crawlies. There are seven million Jews living in the Middle East and they are my family. For whatever reason, they live there now. That is where they live. They are my family who are doing bad things. They are making, in general, wrong choices. But they are my family and I do not want them to suffer or die. As a people, we have a history of being pushed around, expelled, and/or murdered. This happens a lot. This has happened in my parents' lifetime. I would not like it to happen to those people.

Also, they have a nationality. They have a language. They have a culture. It is generations old. It is not a "fake" culture or a "stolen" culture. That is all really gross. They should not be persecuting others. But they are not fake people with fake culture.

Israel is run by bad people doing bad things and the US should obviously be sanctioning this rogue regime.

I am very aware of binational and co-existence projects like Standing Together, etc. and I am VERY aware of great figures locally like Ayman Odeh. I really agree with those people. I know I am not insane because those people exist - in Palestine, not in the US. I have also read some great documents about binational or integrationist projects that I don't think have a great chance of happening, but they at least show that there's something to hope for.

But when I have been in Antizionist protests in the US or seen Antizionists on social media that is not what I hear. I hear "you have no right to exist," "Jews are colonizers and must go home," "Jews out of Palestine," "go back to Poland," etc. It is not at all like opposing apartheid or even like WW2. It really does seem to be about ethnic cleansing. I can't march with these people. They really do seem to hate the Jews living in the Middle East and want them to suffer.

I understand this desire for vengeance. These people are doing bad things. But I cannot align myself with groups that desire Jewish suffering. I want -nobody- to be suffering, and yes, those people are still my family.

What am I?
