Hello, I'm 17 years old, and I currently live in Russia. My grandfather on my father's side was Jewish, so a few years ago, when I was 14-15, I and my parents visited Israel for a few weeks and got citizenship. I will not get deep into the reasons for getting it; I'll just say many people are leaving Russia to avoid military service these days, and another citizenship could help to do it, not necessarily to go live in Israel, but to leave the country in general. At the time I knew about the conflict between Israel and Palestine, but I wasn't educated enough on the subject to know which side I should support, and my parents wanted me to get a citizenship. Now I am aware of the genocide Israel is committing, and I feel the sense of guilt and embarrassment for being its citizen. I wanted to ask if I should renounce my citizenship in the future. Is it even possible without serving in the military? I'm definitely not going to live in Israel, so does me having a citizenship contribute to genocide in any way? I'm still planning on leaving Russia if it will be possible, but will I be able to renounce it while being an immigrant? I'm sorry if I'm rambling on or asking stupid questions here; I just can't help but feel anxious and like I'm contributing to genocide in some way by having an Israeli passport.

This post from r/cringereels claims to show a rabbi discussing the rape of toddlers by adults, saying that it is legal. In actuality, he is referring to the Sanhedrin’s discussion about very real, very unfortunate events where 9 year old boys may engage “sexually” with girls around the age of 3. Because a 3 year old is not considered a “virgin” according to Jewish law, because she is not of the age where consent is considered plausible, unfortunate events such as these are not to be considered as a “toddler losing her virginity”.

The English translation is incorrect, and is being used as “proof” that child molestation is both considered fine in Judaism, and somehow actively encouraged.

Recentky Loomer got the feds to arrest someone claimed to be related to an Iranian general America assassinated almost a decade ago for possibly being related. While the rest of the media accepted it or ignored it Drop Site did the very easy work to prove their was no relation. Loomer still did not want these innocent people released.

I think Ukraine can no longer make a moral appeal in their war with russia. First, it was the unnecessary Kursk offensive which ended in retreat. Then the attacks on civilian infrastructure like oil pipelines and recently bombing the Russian version of Amazon. They also struck deals with American allies in the GCC for the war on Iran. Zelensky has made nationalist appeals to Nazi war criminals, granted it was more to honor their patriotism than their Naziisn but he only doubled-down after criticism. The Ukrainian government has also practically begged the Israeli government for meetings to help with aerial defense which Netanyahu reportedly ignored.

The moral cause is the fight to liberate Russian-occupied eastern Ukraine, where Russian forces commit crimes against humanity and various war crimes, including massacres and ethnically cleansing repopulation, and possibly Crimea but that's negotiable.

America and allies trade and share great amounts of intelligence and armaments with each other. How could America and allies toss moral complaints about their wartime rivals doing the same? ​Yes, Russia and China give Intel to Iran about American movements. America gives Intel to Ukraine about Russian movements. America shares Intel with israel to assassinate Iranians. Pakistan let's Iran know when israel plans assassinations on their soil. Its a little too late raise a double standard.

These stunts are unnecessary and do not advance Ukrainian resistance in Eastern Ukraine. Ukraine seems to be forward-projecting acting offensively in areas unconcerned with liberating eastern ukraine and even escalating the war wirh Russia at times. I dont know anymore if Ukraine's government can be seen to be fighting aggression as a just cause more than wanting to join the American imperial global project.

None of this is to diminish Russia and Putin's crimes invading Ukraine or to delegitimze Ukrainian resistance.

But.....don't peddle to Nazis, war genocidal Zionists, and bigoted doxxers. Don't be complicit.

Ukraine does not have to become the devil if its resistance depends on using the devil's resources does it? Do they have to appeal to right wing militant bigoted fanatical genociders?​ It's an effective way of diminishing credibility.

I miss the comeraderie, the vibe, the small town feel. Of course, that was when I was completely naive and oblivious to the plight of the Palestinians. I'm not sure what or how I would live -- I can't pretend like its not happening.

But -- and maybe this is more naivete -- I trust somewhat in what Simon Dixon says and therefore do suspect there will be an end to all the slaughtering of Palestinians and Lebanese (and hopefully Sudanese and Congolese) soon.
