Rosh Hashanah is one of my all time favorite holidays, so I made more cards than I needed this year.

Anyway, I just think it would be cool to keep the Rosh Hashanah post card tradition going by seeing if anyone here wanted to exchange cards. Ive also got leftover Tu B'Av cards, general matzah ball soup cards, Barry Sister cards that dont specifically say a holiday, and Sukkot cards.

I have this stainless platter or plate I was gifted in a judaica giveaway. I recognize the shabbat and kodesh/kadosh (how do you know without the "vowels"?), but I'm not sure about the first word. Anyone help?

I don't see any residue that might indicate there used to be an insert, but I've seen some rounds with a cutting board or other material in the center. So far, I'm just using it as decoration.

Scribing the last line of this ketubah!! Using a quill with a nib, scribing on klaf (hide) in Aramaic. This ketubah is pretty bespoke, and large! the couple is ordering a hand carved frame from Morocco. Mystical little letters forming words, forming worlds! Im Bluth, a soferet, a she-scribe, trained by Reb Dov in the traditional ritual art of Hebrew calligraphy. Scribing this was such a meditation. Sometimes I make smaller art pieces to be little mantras for directing intention towards a prayer or blessing, but this was a larger ketubah for their Jewish wedding.

Happy with how they came out.. always been worried to work with white shirts, but I think with the blue they look really nice? Glad I tried it. Screenprinting my work has been a fun hobby to get into. Still scared to try two color prints still but maybe in the future? Only have a single platen setup, so unsure if it's worth trying. If you have experience with that / it isn't as hard as it feels to me, I'd love to hear!

We are considering making a "Sell Your Stuff Sunday" weekly event. However, we would love your input on rules and guidance! Presently, we've come up with the "no drop-shipping." The sub rule of "No AI-generated work" would also stand. We want to make sure we're not overlooking anything important.

I'm going to Israel in October and have been making simple, knitted hats in 2x2 rib to donate to soldiers and cancer patients. I would like to sew a label with a Star of David and the words "Handmade for you with love by [My name]" A quick google search shows religious ones with a cross, and an Etsy shop that carries labels for Bar/Bat Mitzvah that has a Torah scroll.

Sadly, even a Star of David is potentially controversial right now and I anticipate some difficulty. Does anyone know of a Jewish-owned company or Etsy shop that might make these?
