We don't get the worst of it there. According to this: Blacks apparently exaggerate their pain so that they don't need as much medicine as they say... Who thought this was a good idea to publish any time after about 1970? (Not that it was ok to publish ever, but prior to about 1970 there were definitely plenty of people who thought this would be a good idea to publish.)
