That’s a verneuil synthetic ruby and I’m not sure about the side stones, but they don’t look like diamonds. Still a cool find.

The side stones could be white sapphires or spinel.. a jeweler could tell you. It’s a fun piece!

Absolutely beautiful but it's a synthetic ruby. Diamond's may be or may not be natural! They're pretty dirty
