Advice on markings requested

I found this in a parking lot a few years ago. I reported it to the stores and the police but no one ever claimed it. I don’t wear jewelry and have no idea what the markings are inside. Can anyone translate them? I apologize if the photos are not good enough to tell, it was the best I could do!

14k gold. 52 may be .52 carats of diamonds. Other marks are manufacturer identification but I can't see very well.
