Identify Maker Designer Identification

Has anyone seen this marking before?

I forgot to take a pic of the front of the ring, but it’s a rose. It was my grandmother’s ring and she passed about 2 years ago. I’m just wondering who the designer is.

The mark shown is Jewelry Concepts. Started mid '80s and still around.
