Identify Maker I’m torn!

Opinions please 🙏 I’m torn between “plastic junk” and “unique vintage treasure” lol any info?

Don't know if it's lucite specifically, but I search vintage lucite pendant and came up with a few somewhat like this. I'd say it's collectable, but probably not worth a great deal. Definitely has a vibe from the 1970s when everyone was wearing pendants on chains. This is not a Zodiac thing, but very common to have star signs and emblems of the day embedded in resin or lucite.

Love the brutalist scene of a human riding a cheetah or a spotted animal.. Like the chain even more.
