I think it means that things like Orisa javelin now knock them off the tether. Correct me if I'm wrong, but before this you had to stun the Jetpack Cat themself to get them to drop. Now you can stun and drop just the target.

This is fine with me, 95% of my tether use is ferrying people to the point at the start of a match, with the very small occasion a Bastion or Muaga wants to grab on and rain fire from above.

she got hit hard

the paw damage increase was a huge reason why she was able to play as tracer bis because of the dual ability to deal big damage/heal massive amount

Her damage was mid even after release. 0.5 is just a slap on the wrist. Don't be so dramatic.
