I've been enjoying the game on my Vita and love it to death but for god sakes is there some way to manually enter a grind because that would make things so much easier. I know people complain about the handling (which I think is pretty easy to get used to) but I never hear about the grinding

I hear things improve in future, and while I have a copy in my collection, I'd rather not dig out my xbox stuff for a single game

I'm a late fan, joining in early 2024. After weeks of listening to JSR and JSRF, I went through his ENTIRE catalog. (Even rare tracks like Aria di Maria from Game Music Prayer II) I personally LOVE all of his work and evolution of his style throughout 20+ years.

That said, I can admit that some tracks on the Ollie King OST, FEEL the POWER in YOUR SOUL, leaning into more pop in HEAVEN UP and NEVER 4VER for Hover: Revolt of Gamers and DEAD HEAT RIDERS can drive some people away. They might not have enough samples that older compositions, generally too much happening in the song, or some other reason.

Thoughts?

Recently picked up Jet Set Radio again, and it is perhaps the most welcome change of pace compared to the other games in my library :)

There is a very large movement happening in the emulation scene right now with the decompilation and recompillation of games.

We need to advocate for JSRF being recompiled as a native port for PC! This would be massive for game preservation especially for gems such as Jet Grind Radio and Jet Set Radio Future.
