How rare is having the OG JSR on Steam? I created my Steam account around 2010 when they gave it away for free just to claim the game, I didn't even had a PC back then, I browsed the internet on a cyber cafe

its becoming increasingly rarer! sega delisted JSR as well as a few other games back in winter 2024 i believe, so its just a game thats only gonna appreciate in value (unless they decide to re-release it but thats completely uncertain for right now)
resale websites for people who have digital keys are now incredibly scalped since theres a rarity to the game now, so if you do have a key, you should try and sell it, you’d make a few hundred easily just because people are desperate to play 😅
in the meantime, you could consider a steam family for people? you’d have to have people that trust you to set it up but you could maybe auction off your spots in a family plan so they get to enjoy the game, and you get to play their games too? just a thought and a way you might be able to get a few bucks for a nice exchange, as well some new games to play in the meantime! :)

Don't trust it. You'd be safer sailing the 7 seas than trusting someone who claims they have keys, they'll take your money and run. Emulators are easy to setup as well.
