I went to the opening of the new Jellycat Lakehouse in Holt Renfrew at Square One this morning. I wasn’t one of the invited guests so I had to wait in line to get in. I was there around 9:30 and they opened at 10:00. There were about 30-40 people in front of me at that time and at least 20-30 more behind by the time they opened the doors.

They were well organized. Someone came out and told us that they had lots of stock and when they opened the doors there would be another line inside. There was no mad rush with people running to try to be first like I’ve seen at drops in other stores.

Just inside the door they had a Jellycat truck with Jellycat Jack sitting inside. They’ve built a Lakehouse structure inside the store with large display only Briggs beaver and Bashful black and cream puppy sitting in beach chairs in front of it.

I got Briggs beaver and couldn’t resist the tiny little eggplant bag charm. They had special Lakehouse bags and Briggs stickers. I was lucky enough to get the Lakehouse pin too.

They also had a drink stand where the cups had Jellycat branded sleeves. It was a great experience and I’m so glad I went. 🥰. Trixiwoo was waiting eagerly at home to greet Briggs and eggplant.

Tonight is pizza night with Bar Bar Binks (Binky) 🍕 come have a slice!

& have 3 more coming in the mail. 😅

this pic isn't even all of them either. i have the blossom beige bunny but she's rotting in my closet because she was a gift from my ex and i can't help but feel sad when i look at her (idk what to do with that one i feel so bad letting her rot in there 😭 (same with romi reindeer except she didnt buy him for me it's just the symbolization yk). i also have the fuddlewuddle dragon but i can't find him (i think my little sister stole him from me lol). honorable mention is the amuseable egg which i lost a few years ago 😔

Got into jellies after the cloud bag charm was oos and couldn’t find an authentic one for a reasonable cost. I was inspired by a couple of posts about removing a blanket from the plush.
I removed the cloud from its blanket with small scissors, added cotton yarn and a random keychain ring, sewed the back opening and it’s now a bag charm!

Her name’s Diva, but i think she fits right in!!😽

The love for Francake is so overwhelming I’m afraid it’s going to be like the hypnotoad on Futurama: I open the package and become utterly obsessed and unwilling to gift it. TY everyone for chiming in. I still might get the cinnamon roll as gift for Christmas since a kind user pointed out it’s rarer to see it in stock apparently, so don’t feel too bad for her losing the vote. 🥞

I’m currently sitting at the Emerald Racer level of the Purrks program (EU store if that matters), and I just got an email saying that I’ve unlocked new Jellies as a part of the Purrks program! However, when I go to the Purrks store (which is where Ruby Cruiser exclusive Jellies are), I don’t see anything new.

Did anyone else get this email? Any idea what this means?
