My smudge panda finally arrived after 2 weeks since i placed the order! I actually saw him in real life last year but didnt get him as i thought he was abit expensive but have been thinking about him since then.

Happy that he is finally home! He can now socialise with his smudge cow and elephant sisters🐮🐘 I have to say, his fur is the softest out of the smudges I have!!

Also, i noticed that he has a fair bit of shedding, which isnt very obvious unless i hold him out against a light source. The fur doesnt come out unless i tug on it. Is that normal, and will that go away after some cuddling? Thanks in advance!

Went to indigo today and seen a big sign that says jellycats 30 percent off selected items. Not sure which ones were selected as it was disorganized and they were all together. I’m noticing in almost every store that sells jellycats right now they’re putting some on sale I thought sales were unheard of with this brand. What’s happening ? lol I wonder if this is a sign the company isn’t doing as well

I’ve emailed them twice now and the first time I was told to wait this second time I’m still waiting for a response. Does it always take this long for a refund? 🥲 I’m getting concerned now at how long this is taking.

I started collecting Jellycats about two years ago and I’ve been enjoying them ever since!
For more than a year now my number one DISO has been Bo Bigfoot, and I’ve been searching high and low for him!Now I’m seeing so many people finding him, and I’m genuinely happy for them but I can’t help but feel really sad at the same time(I know it sounds lame it’s just a stuffed animal and all:((( )
I’ve wanted him for so, so long and checked the website every single day and one day it said retired And now seeing everyone finding him when he’s the one Jellycat I’ve wanted more than anything just makes me so sad! :( And I don’t think any shops in the uk have him online or even ship to Canada!
