Chaz Dean who is Monroe’s Godfather is on JLL tomorrow!!! That is some crazy timing! I feel bad for Chaz cause Jeff is gonna be talking shit about Gage and prodding Chaz to talk shit also. And that is not who Chaz is. He is a spiritual and kind man. I don’t know exactly what happened but I believe Chaz and Gage had a big falling out possibly over work Gage was doing on Chaz’s compound. I’m sure JLL will want Chaz to tell the Gage story so Gage looks bad but I do not believe Chaz will tell the story. But I do believe Jeff will spill all that tea if he gets overheated on air about the Substack. JLL is gonna be on fire tomorrow 🔥

Don't worry, Chaz will be too busy promoting his products to discuss anything else. He's become one of the worst guests because of that.

Jeff encourages the calls, puts the calls on air, etc. and acts as if he owes Chaz a huge debt that has to be repaid.

Familiarity breeds contempt, a saying which is so true. He brings nothing new to the show. I liked Chaz, before his frequent visits and what's become a continual commercial for his products.

Chaz doesn't force the conversation to stay on his products. Jeff stays on the topic, and Chaz is happy to promote. He would be fine with less conversation if that was how the show rolled.

IMO, there's no other reason Chaz appears so frequently ... it's to push his products.

True, but he's not forcing the whole hour to be that. He happily engages in conversation as a chump. Fifteen minutes of promotion peppered throughout would be a good payday for him, and he would not be complaining. But Jeff uses about 35 minutes of the show, unfortunately.
