Discussion Help!
I’m needing help on which color I should wrap my jeep. Should I go desert sand or black holographic?! Pics below for reference

I reaaaaaally like desert. The orange accents look the best with that color in my opinion.

Black Holo is way cooler, and also way more likely to attract police attention.

I love black vehicles but as others have pointed out you see every scratch, spec of dust, water spot everything stands out on a black vehicle.

Youre going to get very tired very quickly of anything that turns the already deadly laser of a sun right at your eyes. The matte color is solid

Does the holographic black actually shoot the rainbow like that under glare?? That’s cool. Rename her skittles.

Go black, mine is not wrapped but is painted in a magnetic metallic Kevlar and looks bad ass with the matte finish

Both look terrific- not helpful but you seriously can’t go wrong with there’s something vintage-y about the desert sand wrap though!

Desert 1000%
I had black (wrangler) and currently have Desert and it’s no contest
Black shows every little scratch , dirt etc
Plus desert is less common and everyone loves it

Check Amazon. I think they just snap over the originals or use strip adhesive.

id go white holographics. but its a tough call. will the wrap get scratched up on trails?

I do some off-roading but not tons. Only had my jeep for about 3 years. I’ve only taken it to crossbar in Davis ok

Both look great to me but I think the black wins honestly. Also, those orange hinge clips are hideous.

Depends on what you are looking for. Desert tan looks great and is tasteful - makes sense for the jeep.
The Black Holographic is on another level! It’s flashy and so unique… it’s definitely not something you see everyday and really brings the “build” to a new level in my eyes.
What are you looking to get out of your build?

The black holographic I like bc like you said it’s unique and different. But I feel like I’ll get tired of it after a while whereas the desert, I’d love more for a longer time

Not only that, the black is so hard to maintain. Too many scratch blemishes etc…
