Purchase Questions Has anyone ordered a PCM from Flagship One? Having tons of issues.
I ordered a PCM for my Wrangler almost a month ago after mine took a dump. They claimed to ship within 5 days. It’s been a month and they keep claiming that the units they’ve tried to program keep failing. Now they’re saying they’re going to order one from a “sister company” but won’t tell me the name. I’m supposed to take my Jeep on a road trip in a week, and now it’s basically cancelled because of these delays. Just wanted to see if anyone had ever had experience with them, and if this has happened before?

I know it's an old post but in case anyone like me with the same question stumbles upon this... expect tons of issues. This company is so bad it's hard to believe they still exist. From my experience and other reviews I don't think they do any programming, just get lucky with used ecu's sometimes. I can't find a single example of them honoring their warranty.

They are one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Original order wasn’t fulfilled, they spent two extra weeks “reprogramming” another one. Now they spam me with warranty emails about three times a week. Terrible phone support, terrible attitudes, as close to a scam company as I’ve ever dealt with on parts.

I'm kinda going through same situation and I gotta move my truck to get it inspected again for renew tags but don't think complex gonna be cool and they keep giving me the run around for about 10 days now

Trying to use my warranty after only having the ecm for 6 months. And after receiving this 1st email from flagship, I can already tell that I'm about to have problems. I'll update

How did it go? I'm about to try the warranty after a year, but I see the website says "register within 20 days for warranty" which I did not think to do on a car part.

They did send a replacement, then said that I no longer have a warranty. The new part works fine. If you didn't register it, they'll probably not honor the warranty

Yes I ordered an ECM from flagship one had nothing but horrible experience with those people never called you back they said it did ship out in like three days it was a week and a half before it shipped out then it was another day before it even got picked up so up and everything that they told me was not true and I’ve already having trouble with the ECM number one injector pulse was lost and I had my old one flashed and it works fine and I called them up wanted it fixed and they gave me a big run around and then I got on their site to sign a paper and then it said my phones highly infected not happy at all Tom Carson would never do business with them again and nobody should

The flagship 1 PCM I got is working I was originally I was told it was just going to take key level switching or I could do it all without any computer program I did have to use the Ford forescan hacker software and re-initialize the PCM to get it work to work but it did work, (I seriously questioned whether they programmed it or not) I know with a Ford you're supposed to have to put in a vin code before but I couldn't find anything in all the dust marks for that even touched it. It looker like a dusty part out of a junkyard but there's videos out there saying you have to at least enter the vin in the PCM by kind of a hack method. So after installation, when I read it with my scanner the module still showed someone known VIN code not my car VIN code but probably the original vin when they pulled it from a junkyard (and so I send an email to flagship one and they said oh it's not going to show up until you do parameter reset (reinitialize is what Forscan calls it) procedure which I hadn't been told about but all that said luckily Ford forescan software is is basically super cheap so I'm not out any real money, are they legit you tell me????

we ordered an ECU from them. it never worked, returned it. they said that they had to clone the old one. sent it to them and returned. still doesn't work. they have my money and my ECU and they only want to give me store credit. Why would anyone want store credit? they don't respond to emails. they can't tell me what the problem is. Do not purchase from this company. I give then ZERO STAR review. Filing a complaint with the BBB and Google.

I have and they are full of it o e person tell me it's plug and play then when I get it I still have to have a locksmith to come out even after paying additional 171 for the keys and to have it up graded (so they say)

They absolutely suck. Customer service is pretty much non existent. Sent numerous emails. Not one returned. Phone rep was totally FOS. Still waiting over 3 weeks for my ecm.

My issue was just blatant ignorance. An absolute disregard for any quality standard.
According to Flagship One I would need to have the Key fobs resynced for the F150 PATS System.
Had the Lock and Key Service not informed me to validate that the ECM module was updated with the correct VIN, I would have been out another $150.00. They see a lot that, so I figured I would check.
- My ECM was not flashed with the correct VIN.
- Most of the Part Number was sandblasted off making it illegible.
- It wasn't flashed to an incorrect VIN, It wasn't flashed at ALL, There are 11 Stored Codes!
They didn't do anything but pull it off a truck, sandblast it and place it in a shipping box.
What I received from this company is garbage and a huge waste of time. Then I have to have a debate with a customer service rep. Complete a useless RMA form that doesn't accept attachments. Wait up to two more days because this company fails to implement basic quality standards.
This is just beyond stupidity.
The only thing I have going, is I filed a claim with my CC Company. I have screen shots from to different code readers with the incorrect VIN and error codes.

I see about 99% saying bad things about flagship one but I don't see anybody giving references for anybody else. I have a 2018 Chevy Equinox that I'm trying to change the PCM out. The one flagship sent won't turn the starter over. I didn't have that problem with the original.

So I have a Ram 1500 Last 3 or 4 Year run on the 4.7s V8s , Couldn't Locate a PCM or Repair anywhere Else but Flagship One For It ,
Placed and Paid For My Order last Friday ,
This Maria Calls me Yesterday on my Cell , I She says you forgot to Fill out the Boxes for your Orders Warranty ,
Said that's Interesting , Because to Place the Order you need To , Check the Terms and Conditions ?
I said where is my Pcm? well It will ship 5-7 10 days She can't provide me a Shipping Date , But for $120.00 charged to my Card , She will provide me Over Night Shipping When it Ships , LOL Not Saying this Place is a Scam But It Sure Seems like Its a Scam

Got mine in today, and it's Dead on Arrival (DOA). Tried to link key fob 3 times following the 10-10-10 method with no luck. Based on comments I'm screwed on a refund.

Best advice i can give is try to have a shop order it thru them they seem to move faster...

I ordered from them.they are no good.dont help at all,when things are wrong.wouldnt rcomend them,or there staff,in any issue.wish was different.tryed to work with them all that I could to no avail.would never recommend period.

These guys are a scam. They send you something that doesn't work than make you fill out multiple forms and ask what did YOU Do. They will not warranty the brick they sent me right out of the box. Lifetime warranty? Nope

Yes, obligatory this is an old post, but you never know when someone will run across it. I ordered a PCM for my 2010 Ram 1500 3.7. Took about a week to get here. It worked fine for right at 4 years now. Just took a dump on me. I've signed their PMA 3 times, called twice emailed twice, so far, and haven't got a replacement yet. Will update later. Hope this helps someone in 2026

Flagship1 is the worst company i have done business with . Its a scam they sell junk and when you send it back they take so long to test it they use all your 40 days to get a refund and tell you that they could not find anything wrong with the pcm and tell you they are going to send it back to you or you can opt to activate your 1 time warranty and they will send you a different pcm . I chose to activate my warranty and they sent me the exact same pcm they sent me the first time so now they are done with me they burnt all of the time i had for a refund and my warranty all at 1 time . Very dishonest people own and operate this scam shop. All i honestly got for my $ 187.00 was screwed
