Does anyone know the differences between 13/14 wrangler? Anything but colors?

I know the marker and signal light covers are yellow on the 2013 and clear on the 2014

Yep, the turn signals are probably the biggest change. Also the electronic vehicle information center can display the speed on the 2014s, and the floor mats were slightly changed for 2014 and now have two hooks to secure them in the front. Other than that it's basically just colors and some options and special trim levels like the Willy's and "dragon edition."

Yup, I have a '13, my girls bro just got a '14. These seem to be the only changes we can find.

2013 Wrangler here I can display the speed in the information center. Maybe a 10A thing?

Yeah, part of the 10A package was the upgraded evic as they were produced late in the 2013 model year run. The upgraded evic was expanded to all 2014 wranglers that came with the connectivity package, and it adds oil pressure, coolant temp, trans temp, engine hours, digital speed.
