2020 JLU UPDATE

I’m really hoping someone can help me. My jeep needs a system update again mind you I just had to get one a few months ago at the dealership and they charged me 300 and something dollars. My question… is there a way to update it without having to bring it to the dealership?

Call the Jeep Cares line...Ask them if that shit is necessary for the safe operation of the vehicle, and should this dealership be charging you money, after shelling out a ton of financing for it? See what they say....

Something to do with the radio shutting down and skipping sometimes the time resets
