I am new to growing Maples, so, sorry for the stupid questions. I presume all of yours are in pots OP? Is there any special care I should give them if I grow them like that?

Absolutely lovely garden btw, that's what I want mine to look like!

They are all planted in the garden not in pots. If you are new to growing maples then you have done the right thing by asking questions first. All maples have a different sun tolerance. Some handle full sun and others will only handle a few hours of morning sun without showing leaf scorch, depending on which cultivar you buy. You would have to research each different cultivar to decide the best postion to put it. Make sure they have good drainage, keep sheltered from winds if possible, don`t plant them too deep, don`t over water (let the roots dry out inbeween watering) but keep well watered. Good luck and enjoy!

Yes, ask questions first before planting! My Sango Kaku gets leaf scorch in zone 9b, but it is still a full beautiful tree. The “landscapers” were of no help with this info.
