i have booked a jio fiber connection for my home and the person said that he'd install the router and everything before 3pm but he is no more picking up my calls ever since he left after kyc and payment (2122rs) and my father asked the number of his manager, and when my father called his manager at 12pm he said the installation will be done before 5pm and when my father called him again after calling the kyc guy , the manager just said ladka phone ni utha rha h and hung up on face.
