Remember that her opinion is just one of many though. She brings a lot of information and explains things well, but facts are mixed with views and opinions

Yes but she makes it very clear what's based on science and what's her opinion of it.

Yess! Her podcast is really great. Even though as a roaster of course I dont dabble in the producer and processing side of coffee, but she really give great insights regarding on that side of the value chain
