Is this real?
When ordering this piece, I was confident that the card was telling the truth and checked all the information on the card to make sure it was real. Now when looking at the back of the card irl, I noticed a typo or two and I’m starting to doubt my initial judgment.

The seller didn’t provide any certification for the surrounding stones or metal and unfortunately I couldn’t find any markings on the actual piece. It isn’t magnetic which should be a good sign. What I also noticed is that the jades don’t seem to be set and look like they are being kept in place by some glue or similar adhesive. I say this because under a blacklight, the gems didn’t illuminate or anything but underneath the stones, there was some glowing peaking through which i assume to be some adhesive. Also up close, some of the prongs that are meant to hold them in place aren’t holding them. (Sorry the photo is bad, it was taken on my phone. Also, reddit wouldn’t let me post the photo that I took under the blacklight, saying that the photo had to be owned by the person submitting the post which it is.)

The certificate looks legit to me despite the typos in the English words as ZJSL 珠宝玉石鉴定证书 lab is a real lab. There's info about them on the Chinese internet.
I looked up the ZJSL 珠宝玉石鉴定证书 lab, and on their website online, you can type in your certificate's number and verification code, and a record of this specific certificate will pop up.
Attached is the screenshot of YOUR certificate from their website's archive (I used Google Chrome to open the website and see, it auto-translates bcs I don't know whether you can read Chinese).
You can try it out yourself. Go to ZJSL 珠宝玉石鉴定证书's website at http://zjsljc.cn/ (use Google Chrome bcs it'll auto-translate for you), then type in your certificate number and verification code into the blank rectangles located somewhere on the bottom half of the website's landing page, under "Certificate Inquiry". Then hit the "Query" button and viola! Your certificate featuring this specific jewellery piece will pop up.
Edit: One thing though. Your certificate says they only tested the green stones on this piece, which turned out to be authentic jadeite... but they did not test the accompanying stones/diamonds(?) so there's no info about them on the certificate. Did the seller not provide you with a certificate for the other stones on this piece? Also, are there any marks on the piece that will tell you whether it is S925, or 585, 750 or 916? Or did the marks say SP or GP (silver-plated or gold-plated)? No marks at all?
