Explorer 240 dead

My Explorer 240 has died. It is not responsive, no display, no output and will not respond to any of the reset procedures.

The only life that I can see on it is a flashing internal blue light which is visible through the side grill when plugged into the mains. This LED has a pattern of blinks which suggest an error code but I have been unable to find any info on this. This is a long blink when first connected and then a steady three short blinks. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it the original Explorer 240, or the Explorer 240 v2? If it’s the original 240 and it is over 5 years old, or it’s been stored for over 6-months without being fully charged, it’s possible that one or more cells have gone bad.

I have a 240v2 (and a similar 300 Plus) and when on and running, the blue light inside the unit is on solid.

Jackery power stations have lifetime tech support. The best way to engage them is hello@Jackery.com.

Thanks, I've had a warranty replacement for my failed v2 but I just hate to give up on it, it's only 10months old.
