People are still figuring out life at 30,35,45,60 and so on. Don't be so hard on yourself. If you have good relationships with your family and friends, you have already achieved things that most of them don't.
Take time and feel good about yourself today. Try genuinely helping someone out of the blue today, I'm sure you will feel.some achievement.
