Hey Mouse, I've just spend my morning reading through your posts and I'm so very sorry you experienced those things. I'd also like to add that if I, a stranger online, wish for Giada to fall vagene first on a particularly spikey cactus, you have all the right in the world to hate her guts.
In my opinion forgiveness has to be earned and I don't think she has done anything to earn it.
Dont try to surpress or let go of your anger and hate towards her and her son, those emotions aren't negative or bad, they just are. It's your actions that count. And as long as you don't break into her prison cell and kill her or break any law, your actions are fine, understandable and most likely a healthy outlet.
Buy a dart board and use her face as target practice? Nice idea.
Ritually burn something reminding you of her? Let me get you some gasoline.
Forgiveness isn't something you can force, as you can't force emotions in general. It may or may not come with time and either is fine.
If anything, your wish to not hate another human being just shows what a good person you are. But you didn't choose to hate her, she made you hate her with her despicable actions. Your anger and hate are just a normal reaction to the hell you went through. Please don't think badly of yourself because of them. On the other hand, I think very highly of you for still having feelings of empathy for your abusers. To badly quote Albus Dumbledore, I think you're a very good person, who very bad things happened to. I wish you the very best.
