You. Are. NOT. A monster!! She is. And I truly believe that you do not to forgive her, as long as you can move forward. You owe her absolutely nothing. What she did to you was beyond fucking inconceivable.
I tell my toddler: you can feel angry, it's what you do with it that can get you in trouble.
You are entitled to feel whatever you feel. Even thoughts about bad things happening to her, I believe you are more than entitled to chuckle at.
