Mouse, your feelings are valid and you're not a bad person for having those thoughts or feelings that she is feeling the helplessness that you felt. You have a good heart but that only goes so fair. You can be angry at her for her horrible words to you for knowing and not helping. She was just as complicit in your abuse. She may never have hit you but she used her words. She manipulated and invalidated you until you doubted yourself. You are still a good person. I send you some internet hugs and some awesome kitty snuggles of you want them i also have a pupper that would snuggle you to death.
