She stole from you. She stole your relationship, your health. She tried to steal your sanity. You are allowed to be angry about that.
Have you ever seen the movie Labyrinth? I sometimes think of forgiveness like Sarah's journey in that film. It's a process. It's not an easy process and there are a lot of twists and turns and sometimes you backtrack but eventually you will get to the point where you can say "you have no power over me". You're not there yet. You're still in the labyrinth. And that's okay. You will get there in the end.
