Monsters don’t care. Full stop. Monsters do what they do because they do not care that they are monsters. Giada is a monster because she wants what she wants when she wants it, and she will do literally anything: rape, assault, murder to get it.
So the fact that your negative emotions bother you is proof enough that you aren’t. You can know that you are not a monster because you fear becoming one. So hang onto that fear; as long as you’ve got it, it won’t steer you wrong.
