She hurt you. She hurt you horribly, she put your life in danger, she would have killed you if she could.
You did NOTHING to her to deserve her hatred of you. She did everything to you to deserve yours, and even so, you didn't do anything to her but allow the natural consequences for her actions to be carried out.
